As a community-based agency, Senior Vocational Healthcare Services, Inc has cultivated a network of direct care vendors and providers, many of whom employ bilingual and bi-cultural direct care workers, general labourers, nannies, movers, and more. In addition, we have long-established relationships with mission-critical aging services providers and nonprofits with whom we collaborate on aging services and supports, nutrition services and benefits, options counselling, care-giving respite and adult day health, affordable housing, in-home services and supports, and more.
SVHCS, Inc. coordinates home-delivered meals, in-home and long-term services and supports, and social services and supports to help older adults and people with disabilities remain safe and healthy at home and in the community. In addition, SVHCS, Inc. consults with consumers and makes referrals to a wide range of organizations and public assistance programs throughout the City of Toronto/GTA.
Senior Vocational Healthcare Services works with agencies serving persons regardless of age or disability. These partnerships allow us to provide low-cost healthcare options and social services and supports to older adults and people with disabilities.
